- We use the United States Postal Service to ship all U.S. Domestic Orders, and we offer two shipping rates: USPS Priority Mail or Flat Rate.
- USPS Priority typically takes 1-3 business days, while Flat Rate can take anywhere from 5-10 business days.
- NOTE: Shipping times are approximate and can shift depending on the season.
Troubleshooting a Lost or Stolen Domestic Package-
If you think that your package may be lost or stolen, please contact your local post office immediately with your tracking number and details about the missing package (sender, when it was shipped, etc.).

- Unfortunately, we have the same tracking information for your order as you do, and we DO NOT have the capability to locate your package once it is in care of the USPS.
- As the recipient of your package, we ask that you initiate a mail search and/or submit a claim for your package in the event you suspect your package may be lost or stolen.

HOW TO FILE A CLAIM WITH THE USPS-
- If your local post office declares your package missing, your next step is to file a claim here.
- Once your claim has been submitted, please email us a copy (or send us a snapshot of your claim using your phone); once we have that, we will be more than happy to issue you store credit or any necessary replacements for your missing items.
