If you forget to input a discount or if your discount doesn't apply, you need to contact us within 6 hours of your order being placed. When you contact us, please let us know what you are purchasing and the code you attempted to use. We will be happy to honor the discount in the form of a store credit if the code should have applied to your order.
We recommend contacting us before you place your order if you are having problems with a discount code. If you choose to checkout, we cannot refund your card for the discount amount - only store credit can be issued.
