If your order status says 'unfulfilled' it means that your order has not shipped at this time, though it may already be in the process of being packaged and shipped. Once your order ships out, the status will change to 'fulfilled' and you'll receive a shipping notification along with the tracking number. That way you'll have an idea of when it will be landing on your doorstep.
If you have an order in our system, we do have a planner reserved for you, so do not worry even if we are out of stock!
