Why Don't My Reward Points Appear?

Reward points from purchases post to your reward bank once your order ships. Purchases prior to August 1, 2015 do not receive reward points as we did not have the program at the time of your purchase. 

 For referrals, it can take up a week for referral reward points to post in your account. That way we can ensure that orders have gone all the way through our system. Once it posts, you should see that the points are automatically deposited into your account.  We have a referral purchase review period to ensure that the order is valid and there is no fraud on the purchaser's card or that the order is not canceled. 


Note: This assumes that your friend has made an eligible referred purchase (ie. is a first time shopper at our store) and used the unique discount code they received from your link. If your friend does not use the code they received through your link, it will not apply the referral reward to your account. We cannot apply referral rewards if your friend leaves a note in the order - only if they use the discount code. Orders placed by yourself cannot count as a referral and do not receive a referral credit as they are not a referral, but a second purchase - even if you used a different email address.
