What's the Return and Cancellation Policy?

Once you place your order, it goes in our production queue right away and cannot be modified or canceled. Please do make sure that you double check all items in your cart and your shipping address before checking out.

All orders are for final sale and are non-refundable. Shipping fees are not refundable for undeliverable shipments or refused shipments.


Damaged Items

All inkWELL Press products go through a quality control check before being packaged for shipping. Slight bending in the binding and tabs, small indentations, wrinkles, and slubs in the paper and cover are signs of a hand crafted product. Variations can occur during the printing process. We have learned, over the years, that printing is more of an art, than a science, and these unpreventable and minor variations lend themselves to the personality of each unique product. These characteristics do not affect the usability of an inkWELL Press product and are not considered damaged.

If you receive your order and find it damaged from shipping or have any issues with it, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Depending on the damage, a claim may need to be filed with USPS, or damaged items may be either repaired or replaced with the exact same style item.

If you received the incorrect item, please send us an email at hello@inkwellpress.com - if you send us an quick image of the item you received, that will help us expedite your solution.

We do not offer exchanges. All sales are final.
